SoundsOnline (EastWest) - They make THE BEST sample libraries ever! For example, the EastWest Symphonic Orchestra VST plugin, the Bosendorfer, Drumkit From Hell etc.

SF2Midi - A huge collection of free soundfonts. Veni, Vidi, Download.
